Cocoa • Delicate Florals • Bright Citrus
Smooth, rich, and beautifully layered, our Nicaragua Single Origin brings together comforting cocoa with delicate floral and citrus notes for a balanced cup with just the right amount of brightness.
Grown by smallholder farmers in Molino Norte, within Nicaragua’s renowned Matagalpa coffee-growing region, this coffee is cultivated at elevations ranging from 900–1,590 meters. The region’s growing conditions and careful farming practices help create a coffee with natural sweetness, depth, and complexity.
After harvest, the coffee is fully washed and fermented for 12–14 hours before being carefully dried on patios and raised beds. This thoughtful process helps develop a clean, expressive cup while allowing its distinctive flavors to shine.
A smooth medium roast brings forward rich cocoa as the foundation, followed by subtle floral notes and a touch of bright citrus. The result is an approachable yet complex coffee with a smooth body and a clean, satisfying finish.
Perfect for coffee drinkers who enjoy the richness of chocolate balanced by a touch of fruit and floral brightness.
