Good coffee should feel like something made for you, not just sold to you. We started this roastery because we wanted more than an average bag of beans. We wanted to bring a little more care and craft back into the everyday cup. Honey & Roast was created by a sibling duo bonded by a shared love for fresh coffee and tea, and for us, our name is about balance: the rich, natural complexity of the coffee itself, paired with the care and precision that goes into every batch.

We source our specialty-grade beans from high-elevation estates, where cool mountain air gives the coffee cherries time to develop a dense, naturally sweet, and complex flavor. Every batch is roasted small and slow, using careful thermal mapping to avoid the bitterness and inconsistency that comes with mass production. What you get instead are clean, layered notes of dark cacao, toasted almond, and crisp stone fruit, shipped fresh so your coffee arrives as close to peak flavor as possible.
