Our Whiskey Barrel Aged Coffee begins with single-origin Guatemala coffee and takes it somewhere unexpected. Before roasting, the green coffee beans are aged for 30 days inside a real Bourbon barrel, allowing them to absorb the barrel’s distinctive aroma and character.

Over time, subtle notes of warm oak, smooth vanilla, and caramel become layered into the coffee, complementing the naturally rich, chocolate-forward character of the Guatemalan beans.

Once the aging process is complete, each batch is roasted fresh to order, bringing those flavors together in a deeply aromatic and remarkably distinctive cup.

The result is rich, smooth, and complex — familiar enough to satisfy a great cup of coffee, yet different enough to make every sip an experience.
