Named for the cascading waterfalls on the slopes of Mount Elgon, this lot comes from smallholder farms in Uganda's Kapchorwa District. High altitude and volcanic soil give it a light body with a floral lift up front, settling into chocolate and dark fruit on the finish a gentle, easy-drinking cup with nothing to prove.
