This single-origin coffee is grown by farmer-members of the Cooperativa Agrícola de Servicios Norandino across Peru’s Piura and Amazonas regions. Cultivated at elevations of 1,100–1,700 meters, the coffee is carefully gully washed and sun-dried before undergoing the Swiss Water Process to remove the caffeine while preserving the coffee’s natural character.

A smooth medium roast brings forward comforting caramel sweetness balanced by a touch of bright citrus. The result is a clean, satisfying cup with plenty of flavor and none of the heavy roast character sometimes associated with decaf.
