All the character of our Peru single origin, with the caffeine removed using the Swiss Water Process — a chemical-free method that preserves the bean's natural flavor. Grown by farmer-members of the Cooperativa Agrícola de Servicios Norandino across Piura and Amazonas, Peru, this lot is gully washed and dried in the sun before decaffeination. Medium roast brings out smooth caramel sweetness with a bright citrus finish — full flavor, any time of day.
