Fazenda Santa Barbara Reserve (Brazil)
Roast: Medium — Elegant, smooth cup with cocoa notes. Grown across Fazenda Santa Barbara, São Francisco, and Santo Antonio in Paraná and São Paulo. Altitude: 750–1050 M. Process: Pulped natural, dried in the sun.
Medellín Reserve (Colombia)
Roast: Medium — Dried orange, berry, chocolate. Grown by smallholder farmers near Medellín, Antioquia. Altitude: 1300–1500 M. Process: Fully washed, dried in solar dryers.
Alajuela Reserve (Costa Rica)
Roast: Medium — Sweet apple, raisin, honey. Grown on micro farms in Alajuela. Altitude: 1300–1445 M. Process: Eco-pulped, dried in the sun.
Sidama Reserve (Ethiopia)
Roast: Med-light — Milk chocolate, fruity, caramel. Grown by smallholder farmers in the Sidama Zone using indigenous heirloom cultivars. Altitude: 1700–1900 M. Process: Full natural, hand sorted, dried on raised beds.

Roast: Medium-dark — Caramel, spice, brown sugar. Grown by 1,500 grower-members of Cafe Organics Marcala. Altitude: 1300–1700 M. Process: Fully washed, sun dried.

Roast: Medium-light — Pear, floral, jasmine, strawberry. Grown by small cooperative farmers in the Mbeya region. Altitude: 1200–1900 M. Process: Fully washed, dried on raised beds.
