Dark Chocolate • Dried Fruit • Earthy Depth
Bold, rich, and deeply distinctive, our Sumatra Single Origin delivers the full-bodied character and lingering depth that make coffees from Indonesia’s Gayo Highlands so memorable.
Grown by farmer-members of the Koperasi Baitul Qiradh Baburrayyan (KBQB) cooperative in Takengon, Aceh, this coffee is cultivated at elevations of 1,100–1,600 meters in one of Sumatra’s renowned coffee-growing regions.
The beans are processed using the traditional Giling Basah, or wet-hulling, method — a technique closely associated with Indonesian coffee that contributes to its signature body, earthy complexity, and deep flavor.
Each cup opens with rich dark chocolate and dried fruit before developing into warm, earthy notes. Medium acidity keeps the coffee balanced, while its syrupy body creates a smooth, substantial mouthfeel and a long, lingering finish.
Perfect for coffee drinkers who enjoy a bold, full-bodied cup with deep flavors and an unmistakably distinctive character.
