Grown by farmer-members of the Koperasi Baitul Qiradh Baburrayyan (KBQB) cooperative in Takengon, Aceh — home to Sumatra's renowned Gayo Highlands — this lot is processed using the traditional Giling Basah (wet-hulling) method, giving it the bold, earthy character Sumatran coffees are known for. Medium acidity and a syrupy body carry deep dark chocolate and dried fruit notes, with a long, lingering finish.
