Grown by small cooperative farmers in the highlands of Tanzania’s Mbeya region, this coffee is cultivated at elevations ranging from 1,200–1,900 meters. The combination of high-altitude growing conditions and mineral-rich soil helps develop its naturally sweet, nuanced character.

After harvest, the coffee is fully washed and carefully dried on raised beds, creating a clean cup that allows its delicate flavors to shine. A medium-light roast preserves the coffee’s natural brightness while highlighting its distinctive fruit and floral notes.

Each sip begins with a soft pear sweetness, followed by fragrant jasmine and delicate florals before finishing with a bright note of fresh strawberry. The result is an elegant, refreshing coffee with a beautifully clean finish.
